Supervisor

TASK
- Report to the Managing Director
- Supervise a team of unionized cleaning staff to uphold the cleaning standards of our clients
- Implement service standards and ensure staff understand the cleanliness metrics in alignment with the operations agreement
- Establish staff cleaning schedules and ensure all necessary cleaning products, personal protective equipment and tools are available for use
- Hold regular staff meetings to coach, train and keep staff engaged in their work and foster a strong performance culture and also participate in the review of performance indicators
- Appear at client board in support of legal steps being taken with respect to specific client cases

Cleaner

TASK
- Sweep, mop, clean windows, walls and ceilings
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Polish floor, disinfect, pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Address customers’ complaints or concern
- Attend to guests’ request for extra supplies or other items

Sales & Marketing

- Follow company sales policies and procedures including pricing and new procedure guidelines
